The offending thing was "2025-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2". They call it a "Quality Update". Such quality. I hope I can uninstall it....

My brain loves to spin itself up and run wild. I never know what'll set it off, but once activated it'll churn, synthesizing questions and conclusions for me to deal with. "Jeez I'm a weirdo" is almost always among the conclusions.
