Lot of short books & novellas this time. The Seven Year Slip by Ashley Poston was a very well done time slip romance. Azalea Forrest's The Witch in the Lighthouse was short but sweet. Assistant to the Villain by Hannah Nicole Maehrer was great for escapism. Funny & sweet with just enough tension #amreading #books #bookstodon

Witchmark, the 1st of 3 by CL Polk was v good, tense Edwardian style fantasy. Colin Cotterill's Dr Siri books are excellent mysteries with humour. Kim Watt's 2nd DI Adams book was less whimsical than some of hers but a v good new series. Nina George was lovely. #amreading #books #bookstodon
