Witchmark, the 1st of 3 by CL Polk was v good, tense Edwardian style fantasy. Colin Cotterill's Dr Siri books are excellent mysteries with humour. Kim Watt's 2nd DI Adams book was less whimsical than some of hers but a v good new series. Nina George was lovely. #amreading #books #bookstodon

Weekend reading! Rachel Caine's series is v, v good, but I'm a bit underwhelmed by the plot of this final book. That said, a YA book that goes into depth on what happens after ousting the big bad is probably a really good contribution to YA lit!
