@mark @stroughtonsmith Perhaps this is because of Mastodon - but this is the first time I have seen a genuine design/graphics person express a positive sentiment about liquid glass. I have not upgraded any of my devices and think about leaving the platform (not only but also because of liquid glass).

@ctietze @kickingvegas @publicvoit Sounds interesting but isn't this a very macOS thing? In Linux this would just appear as a folder, right? I'm also looking for a way to package an orgfile with html snapshots, images and even mp4s.

@rstockm @freakshow "Aus Gründen" gehe ich gerade ähnliche Schritte und würde dringend empfehlen auch ein paar Alternativen zu Ubuntu zu testen. CachyOS, Bazzite, Fedora Silverblue/Atomic - alle gut bzw. vielleicht besser für Noobs.

@HKJV Hm. The newest X1 Carbon sadly does not play well with QubesOS.

@caseyliss It might be the end of indie developers - but for a different reason. If everyone can tell an LLM what to code and nobody has a clue what they are doing, software quality in the app store and elsewhere will go down. And with that people (rightfully) will loose trust in individual developers.
