After a summer break resulting from a mixture of availability, my workload and, well, a break, we have an episode which isn’t actually what I planned, but was, in my humble opinion, really successful. Neil was unable to join us, so Laura and I had a chat about her PhD research, which looks at implicit teaching and learning. I found it fascinating and it got me really thinking. If you know anyone who is planning on not voting because ‘it won’t make a difference’, explain to them how public funds are allocated to opposition parties (so-called Short money). £42.82 for every 200 votes gained by the party. More than 20p per vote. Per year. Every vote counts!

So #Putin offers us “peace” if we surrender four regions completely, including Kherson and Zaporizhe.

This is insane, since he wants #Ukraine to submit even two large cities #Russia doesn’t control.

We also have to promise not to join #NATO

This is not a peace offer, this is basically a demand for unconditional surrender. But my point is different.

Watch everybody in the coming days who say Russia wants peace. They are either idiots or russian assets.

@FediTips Me again! I have followed your great tips about setting up ActivityPub on my Wordpress site. I followed it and then published a blog post. Nothing appeared on my Home feed. Then I added Webfinger and wrote another post. Again, nothing. Is there something I missed out?
