Speaking to people within my org about AI and I’ve gleaned that the fear around AI replacing their roles is real and is causing a lot of anxiety. Saying ‘don’t worry, you’ll be fine’ doesn’t allay those fears. I remind people that when Excell was released there was fear among some accountants that they would be replaced. However what was true was that they needed to use Excel in order to work differently and more effectively. Being open to re-training.

A judge has been accused of “demonising” pregnancy loss after an Ohio woman who suffered a miscarriage at home was charged with a criminal offence and placed under grand jury investigation.
