Do you publish a site on #Vercel? Are you annoyed by or just want to prevent scraping by #AI

Since I don't manage the underlying infrastructure, I wasn't sure if I could deploy something like #Anubis. A quick search through the docs reveals they have built-in bot mitigation settings in the firewall function, even at the free tier.

Note that these are off by default, so you need to go in and change them.

We had a bunch of #watermelon leftover from last weekend's BBQ. Why, thank you #nigellalawson for your frozen watermelon daiquiri recipe!

I really haven't seen much being made around the new #AI hype train about the MCP architecture being a direct reference to the chess program that taught itself to grow beyond its original programming and wrested control of the mainframe (i.e. the Internet) from humans and other programs alike.

It's right there in the name, telling you that uninformed and unpracticed use of this architecture will lead you straight to ruin, and yet...

Be safe out there and practice good #cybersecurity hygiene!

#LetsEncrypt certificate expiration notices will stop, so I set up #RunZero to monitor for expiring TLS certtificates. 🚀 I ran into an issue with Chromecast's super short-lived certificates and got around that by using custom queries. Using RunZero to monitor Certificate Expiration

There should be a speciifc word for that duration of time between finally choosing and ordering #computer components until they are all delivered and you can start building your next #battlestation.
Here are some older posts by the SaaS author, in which he explains to us that SaaS is easy, basically free to produce, and will net you millions in a buy-out within months.

I couldn't resist re-posting these tweets from #Xitter, in which our errant entrepreneur learns that there's more to running a service than ideation and the PoC.

Demonstrating that AppDev and #InfoSec can't be ignored, the level of schadenfreude is pretty high; more in the thread. Shocking TL;DR is that you can't blindly code with #AI and release to the wild.

My only link to the old site is through @thegrugq's newsletter, so thanks to him for that!
