We are happy to announce the release of Stendhal 1.48: Aesthetically Pleasing.
We added new quests and new items, as well as a significant reward for finding a clover with four leafs.
On the graphic side the web- and Android clients saw notable new features: Creates can not be animated and when walking over high bridges the background now moves realistically based on its distance.

In this release we focused on the user interface. We added many small improvements for touch displays.
In addition to the classic Java based client, Stendhal is now fully playable in all major web browsers on both desktop and mobile devices.
