Introducing NeoWiki... and more
NeoWiki is the modern #OpenSource collaborative knowledge management solution. Co-presented with @krabina who covered @ECHOLOT_Project
Discover #NeoWiki, MediaWiki #MCP, and #Wikibase extensions via our recap of the #MediaWiki Users and Developers Conference
💫 ECHOLOT meeting in Bilbao.
Today was devoted to teamwork!
All the partners, third partners and service providers working on each case study were brought together so that they could brainstorm fundamental aspects such as:
🔹Goals.
🔹Needs.
🔹Tasks.
🔹Scenarios.
🔹Pain points.
🔹Requirements.
🤝 The different topics discussed today have allowed everyone involved in each case study to gain an in-depth understanding of their colleagues' tasks.
🤩 Meet the ECHOLOT partners!
ECHOLOT is a multidisciplinary project that brings together 15 partners from 12 countries who are experts inthe fields of arts and culture, media studies, information and library science, knowledge engineering, computer science, design and prototyping, management and communication.
🤝 We will all work together to achieve ECHOLOT's main objective: to enable the creation, provision and reuse of high-quality, semantically rich, interoperable cultural data.
And we're officially announcing the #ECHOLOT project publicly for the first time at the #MUDCon2025 with @krabina from KMA, one of our partners in this new HORIZON Europe collaborative project. Bernhard provided some history and context to the project idea, and we outlined how we are reimagining the #MediaWiki software for the future of connected cultural heritage data together with a dozen other EU organisations. More details on the project will be published soon on the @tibhannover website.
In the meantime, stay tuned and follow along the MUDCon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjWzELDLmkc
