The more powerful AI gets, the more valuable restraint becomes.

All these new developments can sometimes trigger the wrong instinct: Automate all the things. Easy there 😄

Just because you can delegate to a machine doesn’t mean you’ve found leverage.

Sometimes you’ve just built bureaucracy at silicon speed.

Restraint and discernment are also important leadership skills. Hype scales fast. Judgment scales better.

Don’t automate nonsense faster.
