Konstantin Melchger on Instagram: "EN|DE Fake silicone breasts for the big stage. The first casting from a fresh mould. In order to do as much justice as possible to the growing number of inquiries and the topic itself, I made a mold together with our trainees. The breasts were sculpted by @charly_bluhm_ and the mold and casting was made by @lisa.lu01 , @charly_bluhm_ and @karla_klunders_kosmos . They were guided by me (@konstissfx ). The mold has a two-piece support shell and a Rebound 25 Silicone inlay. For the casting, Dragonskin was used with varying amounts of slacker, quarter for the outer layers and double for the filling. DE Falsche Brüste für die Bühne, hergestelltaus Silikon. Der erste Guss aus einer neuen Form. Um den wachsenden Anfragen und dem Thema an sich so gerecht wie möglich zu werden, habe ich, zusammen mit unseren Auszubildenden, eine Form dafür gefertigt. Die Brüste wurden modelliert von @charly_bluhm_ und die Form wurde gebaut und ausgegossen von @lisa.lu01 , @charly_bluhm_ und @karla_klunders_kosmos . Angeleitet wurden sie von mir (@konstissfx ) . Die Form hat eine zweiteilige Stützschale und einen Mantel aus Rebound 25. Für den Guss kam Dragonskin mit verschiedenen Mengen an Slacker zum Einsatz, ein Viertel für die äußeren Schichten und das doppelte zum befüllen. Konstantin Melchger on Instagram: "EN|DE Silicone Bust I made for my portfolio. Made it in my own workshop alongside my full time job. It's made of Dragon Skin NV and is rotocasted. So it has a thinn sturdy Skin and a soft silicone gel filling. The basic paint is made by colouring the different Dragon Skin layers translucent with Silc-Pig and the rest of the paint job is made with the Skin Illustrator Alcohol paints. For the resin eyes I decided to go for a green with black eyeballs - so he looks a bit more like a fantasy guy. They could be easily changed out if another colour is needed. For the hairs I used synthetic hair I curled on a metal pipe and then cut them and punched them in. The sculpting tools I used are mostly made by myself, especially for the skin pores and for the basic shape. If you are interested I show them in a future post. DE Silikonbüste für mein Portfolio. Gemacht habe ich sie in meiner eigenen Werkstatt neben meinem Vollzeitjob. Die Büste ist aus Dragon Skin NV gefertigt und wurde als Rotationsguss gegossen. So hat sie eine dünne, robuste Haut und eine weiche Silikongel-Füllung. Die Grundfarbe wurde erreicht, indem die verschiedenen Dragon Skin-Schichten vor dem Guss mit Silc-Pig durchscheinend gefärbt wurden. Das finnish wurde mit den Skin Illustrator Alcohol-Farben gemacht. Bei den Resin-Augen habe ich mich für ein Grün mit schwarzen Augäpfeln entschieden - so sieht er ein bisschen mehr aus wie ein Fantasy-Typ. Bei Bedarf können die Augen leicht ausgetauscht werden, wenn eine andere Farbe benötigt wird. Für die Haare habe ich Kunsthaar verwendet, das ich auf einem Metallrohr gelockt habe. Nach dem stechen der Haare wurden sie noch passend geschnitten. Die von mir verwendeten Werkzeuge sind von mir selbst gemacht worden, insbesondere für die Hautporen und für die Grundform.
