I realized that the Home tab also includes posts that have tags that I follow.
Mystery solved, thank you.
@wjmaggos I would consider Thiel and Musk to be on the right, not the left. And not outsiders, either.
A #mastodonquestion - I haven't discovered any way to see all posts (or at least all recent posts) from the accounts that I follow. How can I do this?
It seems like a feature that is missing.
Some of the Mastodon documentation makes it sound like the Home tab should behave this way.

After Holmes and the doctor left, Lestrade took the young woman aside.
"Tell me," he said, "how does he do it?"
"Sir?"
"You came to us first. Yet he solved it. How?"
"I cannot say. All I know is: he listened, and gave me his full attention."
"Pah! Anyone can do that!"
"And yet."

Not exactly what you asked for, but #CliFM is a commandline file manager that has many of the features that you may be looking for.

A stew I made with some of the Chicken-of-the-woods (Laetiporus). It was good but the texture of the mushrooms was still a bit fibrous despite cooking for 1.5 hours.
An experienced mushroom forager friend recommended using dry specimens to make broth.
