The other option could be to figure out how to do a static homepage for hugo and then setting up webmentions and selling my soul to IndieWeb
Unfortunately my time on Misskey has made me kinda fall in love with it. Could also maybe try Hubzilla? I liked my time there, but we'll find out.
I really don't wanna move servers again but with everything the way it's going I don't think I'm gonna want to stay here. If I do move it'll likely either be back to disroot, or finding a Misskey/Sharkey instance that's open and using that, with maybe an alt on thick.horse or something?
@nora Yeah, was always so wild to me that we have that association given I remember several fast food places having structural glass bricks growing up. Y'know, NRE on top of an already anxiety-inducing time is not the best combo. Also I've had multiple people point out that I'm the only person they know who actually kinda hates NRE?

Y'know, I do occasionally miss tumblr. Every now and again I log on and there's a post about getting off to german porn being difficult because the language sounds funny when English people can understand sentences without speaking the language, followed immediately by m-preg tetris pieces (specifically the T piece)
So I did a whoopsie and forgot to drink much water for like... 2 weeks. Got to the point today where I felt like I got punched and then stabbed in both kidneys and like I wanted to puke.
I'm okay now (I drank like 4l of water for 3 hours) but fuck was that worrying.
