Chris MillsIt’s an uncharacteristically cool and overcast day. This special release #HazyIPA (#KereruRogueWerks) that I am #brewing @kererubrewing is a dream of hot dry days in late February.
I wish I weren’t pulling 6-day weeks, but that’s how it is for now.
Another brew day @kererubrewing and today is our #KereruMaidstoneLager. This is a #ViennaLager with a nice deep amber #lager.
This has been a week of hard graft. Canning. Endless cans of #beer @kererubrewing and 7am starts since the beginning of the year.
At least it’s cool in early mornings. I’m looking forward to two days off this weekend as Monday is a public holiday.
My 2nd brew day of the year @kererubrewing is #ResonatorIPA - look at that glorious copper-coloured wort. I had some extra #Gladfield #SupernovaMalt and have added a bag for extra colour.
