JoãoI figured out the last annoying details in replacing the old school PowerPC software stack for creating music for Sega Saturn games! Now you can not only create your own music using midi and convert it to the SEQ format, but also create your own sound samples and convert it to a TON file! Published today here: https://github.com/jfsantos/mid2seq. (project name will change to reflect everything it does now, and I will also probably also move it to Codeberg).

Additionally they are largely doing so using cheap weapons designed and manufactured in Ukraine instead of relying on Western weapons:
