Internets! I need some help identifying what type of connector this is. I assume it is a debugging port of some kind, since it's not connected to anything during normal operations of the device (an ATA box for residential VoIP).
I have not seen a debug port with that many pins on this kind of hardware!
Versatile and useful in many ways, although would probably cause a lot of confusion if used in the wrong context? TIL
I love the nuances of everyday words and idioms in languages.
While this looks like a good bundle, why on EARTH did they choose to include a foldable keyboard with a numpad?! Almost 1/4th of the keyboard is wasted, the other 3/4th is offset from the center fold and it even has an Fn key they could use for a numpad on the second or third layer, if really really needed.
