FINE MEN IN THE FINE ARTS
Corpus Compendium ✵An antique photograph by Guglielmo Plüschow (a cousin of the better‑known Wilhelm von Gloeden), made in Naples in the late 1880s. It depicts Eduardo (left) and Vincenzo (right), two young models who frequently sat for Plüschow in both Naples and Pompeii—sometimes together, sometimes alone—clad in pseudo‑Roman drapery or entirely nude.
Willow charcoal; some artificial charcoal, and black pencil; using silicon pencils and an eraser pencil; on A3 paper.
