I'm teaching another weatherization class for ReSOURCE in northern Vermont. I know that there's less shine on the concept of gamification, but one principle that I think is really important is the difficulty ramp.

Here I started letting them compare pro foam guns to the disposable cans, and because they practice with cleanable boards, they can move on from there, getting a lot of practice using the tools, learning new concepts quickly.
