Yesterday I went through the @slyflourish 8 steps of the lazy DM (well, in true lazy fashion, I went through *most* of the 8 steps) to prep for my game today. That really helps me feel like I have all my bases covered, so now today my brain power can be used for HYPE 😁
I did more than outlines for some steps that I was really into and less on others, and that works great with the framework!
