@kevinjardine @DEWLine @BadSocialism @larrynemecek 112 Piscium is another possibility. A little off from where the map shows it but it's G type and much closer to the Sun.
@kevinjardine @DEWLine @BadSocialism @larrynemecek I agree, I look for a match for the star's spectral type in star charts if possible, and it shows it as a yellow star.
@DEWLine it's hard to find a specific star without db access. I'll add a search page soon.

@piebob looks like a Ticonderoga class cruiser. Probably CG-52, USS Bunker Hill. Wikipedia says it's supposed to be decommissioned this year.
@DEWLine that was the best K type star I could find in that location. It's a binary, but a wide one, both orange dwarfs, one of which is apparently an eclipsing variable. So a trinary, probably.
Many of my followers will know of the legendary Gliese and Jahreiß 1991 Catalogue of Nearby Stars out to 25 parsecs. Now Jahreiß and colleagues have updated this catalog for the Gaia era. arxiv.org/abs/2211.01449
