Mastodon is cool but I wish I could find a way to have the timelines chill out with all the updating. Itf keeps your place more or less if you've scrolled down, but it's still kinda jumpy.

@sil User Experience matters. It really, really matters. It matters enough that the biggest social networks in the world hire full-time UX engineers specifically to ensure the interfaces are attractive.

Did I mention that UX matters? Good.
