Happy #caterday from Lucipurr (top) and Violet (bottom). Two very sweet kittens who are secretly plotting world domination. Violet will likely be available for adoption at the Animal Rescue League in Dedham this upcoming week. #catsofmastodon #CatsOfInfoSec #boston #catrescue

One of our favorite beans from a local roaster. 18.5 dose @ 205°F, 24s, 32g yield espresso.

Smooth chocolate, very well balanced. Just a touch of bitterness (I like this one a little more as a ristretto, but my house has other opinions)

It’s #caterday so meet our now foster-fail Luce (short for Lucipurr) on the bottom and Groot on the top. Groot will be up for adoption shortly at the Dedham Animal Rescue League near #boston.
Happy #mondog. This is Zen, he doesn’t live up to his name. Novice agility competitor and tolerator of foster kittens. @jerry

New beans today. Trying Laos - Vienna roast. 20g dose @ 205°F, 45s, about 40ml (1.25 fl oz) yield Ristretto with huge creama.

Overall - overly bitter chocolate. Mouthfeel is good, but bitterness is too much. Going to play around over next few days - but this may be a better fit for milk drinks. #coffee #infoseccoffeeclub

Enjoying Knob Creek Barrel Aged Guatemala beans from the Starbucks Reserve in Colorado. Brewed cold with a touch of vanilla simple syrup added (all thanks to my daughter who did all the work, including making the syrup🧋😀) #infoseccoffeeclub
Picked up a few bags of this when in Chicago @ the Starbucks Reserve. Makes an incredible cold brew but is the most god awful and revolting ristretto. #infoseccoffeeclub
