The second 'London "Geo" Meetup' is scheduled to be on 8th April, and I am looking for speakers.
It doesn't matter whether you are professional/academic with years of experience or a fresher/student who's just starting with geospatial, I would love to hear your perspective.

We just concluded the first ever 'London "Geo" Meetup'.
We had about 14 people, and it quickly turned into a round table discussion rather than a standard presentation and listening format.

When I moved from India to London last year, James was kind enough to invite me for a lunch, and now I am inviting him to speak at the first London "Geo" Meetup.
James will be presenting on "Undo/Redo in Terradraw".
It's a library for drawing on maps that supports MapLibre, Google Maps, OpenLayers and Leaflet out the box.

I couldn't think of anyone better to be the first speaker for the first ever London "Geo" Meetup.
I met Dennis Bauszus in FOSS4G Belém in Dec 2024 and have worked with him on FOSS4G:UK 2025 and now on FOSS4G 2027.
Dennis has the dream job working for GEOLYTIX working on open source tech and community.

My 15 min nap turned into a 3 hour sleep because she was there and I didn't feel like moving.
Thinking of starting a "London Geo Meetup" with a monthly frequency.
2 hours with few presentations in Bar where people can their buy own food and drinks.
Free of Charge. No Sponsors.
Anybody has done this kinda thing? How much does a private room cost in a bar?
