With everything going on in Texas and NM, as well as what’s sure to come with this year’s enhanced storm season, I think it’s important to show the media who is actually showing up for the American people. If you’re volunteering somewhere, wear something that reflects who you are. People deserve to see the faces of positivity, not the words of these trolls claiming certain groups are slacktivists.

Just watched Pixels on Tubi. Very literally the worst movie I have ever sat through.
In today’s video I think they forgot the average user does not have a team to make their phone’s layout look decent. The screens they used in the event were carefully curated and color matched by teams of professionals so wallpapers and icons worked beautifully. The effect is not the same for some average person using their own cat pic and the new clear icons.
An extreme example would be reminding people what late MySpace profiles looked like, what with cursor trails and animated backgrounds. It was absolute chaos and 90% of it looked horrific. Similarly a lot of Android user’s phones have atrocious information architecture and layout. I think Apple realized this and saw how a closed GUI kept their devices homogenized and sleek.
