The new-to-us neighborhood tom cat has not only figured out he can lay on a neighbor's steps to see right into Kiki's patio, but that his new surveillance station is also an optimal place to get attention from all of the neighbors walking by.

Every time I glance outside in the evening, there is a new neighbor on the steps petting him. What a(n) attention whore.
