Acceptance Criteria: a tool for clarity or an excuse for failure

Next time someone says, “It wasn’t in the AC,” ask: Was it truly unclear, or was it just convenient?

Change isn't just logistical—it’s emotional.
🌀 Denial → 😡 Anger → 🤝 Bargaining → 😞 Depression → ✅ Acceptance.

Leaders, ease the shift:
✅ Communicate early
✅ Recognize emotions
✅ Support individual needs
✅ Appoint change champions

No one wants a controlling boss, client, or even parent. But micromanagement isn’t just their problem—it’s often a trust issue.

✔️ Keep progress visible
✔️ Raise risks early
✔️ Make it easy for your manager to trust you

Don’t feed the micromanagement monster. Be part of the solution.

PS: Some people will micromanage no matter what. If that’s your case, it might be time to move on.

Are project roles unclear? A RACI chart brings clarity!
Responsible – Does the work (Who performs the task?)
Accountable – Owns the outcome (Who ensures it’s done?)
Consulted – Provides input (Who offers expertise?)
Informed – Stays updated (Who needs to know?
When a high-level estimate isn’t enough, should we jump in or analyze it first? Spikes allow controlled effort to refine estimates—without analysis paralysis. The key? Balance discovery with execution. How do you handle estimation trade-offs? #Agile #ProjectManagement #Estimation
Project Managers shouldn’t be single points of failure. If your team can’t function without you, you’re a bottleneck, not a leader. Enable, don’t centralize. Build direct collaboration and shared ownership. Can your team run smoothly without you? #ProjectManagement #AgileTeams
