In personal #bread news. The oven has died (sad face emoji). Had to resort to the grill for this weekend's #sourdough bake (50% bolted hard whole wheat from Castle Vally Mill in PA and 50% Sir Galahad from KA; 78% hydration. A bit burnt on the bottom, but edible and tasty. Any recs for a new range?
