@stvfrnzl Thanks for the nudge. I’ve just published detailed information about the exam and the registration process: https://accessibility.club/event/accessibility-club-summit-2026#3-registering-for-the-exam. I’ll have the details cross-checked by the IAAP to rule out any potential inaccuracies, but overall it should be correct.
Accessibility Club Summit 2026

2-day community summit for developers, designers & accessibility enthusiasts, jointly run by a11y meetups from all over Europe · May 9-10, 2026 · Würzburg, Germany

@faulancr Ding Dong!
@stvfrnzl To achieve this, candidates MUST purchase an exam voucher IN ADVANCE, because the exam fees must be received at least 5 days before the exam (i.e. by 5 May). So it will be tight, but it will be possible. I am still communicating with the IAAP about this, but as soon as everything is finalised, I will write about it. (2/2)
@stvfrnzl That is a very good question, and I will communicate about it in detail shortly. In fact, we are receiving special permission, and this is how it will work: Registration for the exam window will begin on 6 May, and the exam will be held on 10 May. Candidates must register EXACTLY between 6 and 7 May, not a day later, otherwise the IAAP will not have enough time to prepare the paperwork. (1/2)
@marcthiele Really funny! I met Maya (https://border-none.net/2023/#maya-leyh) the other day at the underground station and thought a bit later: Maybe we should already invite her (and the other speakers) for 2033. Maya will be 25 then … 😉

@marcus @patrick_h_lauke @frederic This is exactly what we're doing (as a team, with partly shared passwords), and I would've recommended that as well.
