@steipete heart that it’s a bit worse (and slower) than Cloude 4 🤷🏻‍♂️ true?
@dimillian You might be right — I’m not denying that. But to me, it just sounds like early adoption, and I’m simply not an early adopter. This tech stuff and the tooling around it evolve so fast that, until there’s some kind of established standard, no large team is really going to jump on board. 🤷🏻‍♂️ But that’s just my opinion — and I could be wrong. 🫣
@dimillian Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of artificial division between so-called ‘innovators’ and the ‘old guard’ — and it’s not helping anyone. 😢
@dimillian Completely rejecting AI is admittedly a bit anarchistic, but on the other hand, the recent hype around ‘vibe coding’ everywhere is getting pretty unbearable too. I’ve tested this solution, along with agents embedded in a large application codebase, and honestly — for now, it’s mostly just marketing fluff. We still need, and will continue to need, developers who can write efficient and scalable code. Sometimes 9-5 🤷🏻‍♂️.
@dimillian but you “fucking agreed” 🤷🏻‍♂️
@dimillian Brilliant stereotyping — truly nuanced. I understand it’s so much easier to view the world in binary terms. Sadly, the real world tends to be a bit more complicated. You might want to try opening your mind to people who approach AI with some healthy skepticism.

Wracamy dzisiaj do Night City. Oczywiście na #macOS 🥹

@steipete especially if you noticed that a SwiftUI.View is essentially a ViewModel that could (should) be tested 🥶
