One of my favorite parts of the day: Finishing my last meeting and turning off my ring light.

I've had a design style in mind that I wanted to try with my next marketing infographic.

Turns out, it's a huge pain in the butt.

I'm aiming to have it completed for this weekend's issue of my newsletter if you want to check it out (and learn a bit about social selling).

1983: "If you want to know something, your best bet is either a friend or a library."

2003: "If you want to know something, your best bet is a well-formatted Google search."

2023: "If you want to know something, your best bet is either a friend or a library."

I've spent the last few hours digging into our web stats. Which led to me reviewing all of our social analytics. I've created a couple of massive spreadsheets so I can see trends

Now I can get back to designing this landing page in Figma.

By the time you spot a trend in #marketing or #design, it’s already over.

But if you pay close enough attention, you can start to see where things are going to go.

And you can estimate the shelf life of the “next hot thing!” so you know whether to jump on it or not.

Since I miss my online friends and I get almost zero engagement on here, I'm thinking of going back to the Nazi bird app.

I was recently on the #TimTalk podcast where I walked through the power of using #design in your #marketing #storytelling.

On one hand, I can’t believe tomorrow is already Friday.

On the other hand, I think Monday happened a year and a half ago.
