As someone that runs #spamd on an #OpenSMTPD mx on #OpenBSD, it *really* grinds my gears when companies such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft view the email RFCs as "suggestions for mere mortals" on how to conduct themselves sending email.

Yes, the world has changed since the RFCs were written, some for better, some for worse... but at least *try* to play nicely.

Also, if you're not going to play nicely, for the love of all things sacred don't *sell* your crap product to other companies.
