I'm excited to do the "Find a Topic" lesson with our #TechDifferently Speaker Accelerator this week, using the same 4‑step process I’ve used with 600+ people in 50+ countries.
People enter unsure. They leave with a talk topic that lights them up!
I can’t wait to see what emerges for our Tech Differently Conference lineup in October! Thinking and building differently.
Been waiting all year for the gorgeous summer sun, especially for doing my laptop work on outside decks.

Today: a bonus session on Clarity & Pronunciation. Slowing down, being understood clearly, whether we’re working on English, natural mumblers (hi, it’s me), or people who speed up on stage (hi, it's everyone). All focused on tech vocabulary. :) :)

Thing 3: The sliding scale is doing its job, making space for folks with great things to share at tech events but are caught in the tough tech job market or from countries with a lower cost of living.
