A reflection on passive/active/neutrality:

Being neutral doesn’t mean standing still. It means acknowledging you have to acquire as much knowledge, experience, and collaboration, in order to move towards your goal while avoiding breaking everything (including yourself) along the way i.e. inner/outer alignment.

And you can’t get that knowledge and experience by standing still.
