Trump criticizes European allies about the Iran war

President Donald Trump entered his war of choice against Iran without consulting global allies. But as he weighs an exit from the conflict, he’s making it clear that he’s expecting the world to help him fix the unintended damage it’s caused. On Tuesday, he blasted Britain, France and other NATO partners and called on them to ā€œgo get your own oil." Trump is flinging sharper rhetoric at European allies as he struggles to get them to help the United States open the critical Strait of Hormuz. Top aides, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, have echoed Trump's criticism of Europe and NATO in recent days.
