If Ternus can bring Apple's software, services, and developer relations up to the level that Apple's hardware has reached under his watch, the company will be in very good hands. But that’s a big if.

I'm giving myself full marks on this prediction based on the “Tim Cook will continue engaging with policymakers” note in the press release. If I was off by a few months, it probably has something to do with how horrendously Republicans are polling right now.

If my iPad can remember my preferred window sizes and positions in landscape and portrait, my Mac should be able to remember my preferring window sizes and positions when I connect and disconnect from external displays.

This is the greatest bracket UI I’ve ever seen. Whoever at Apple had a hand in this, bravo.
When Apple replaced all the sheets with floating dialog boxes, that's when we should've realized that macOS software design was in decline.
