This pretty girl was abandoned in our neighborhood and has been living as a stray for at least two weeks. Last night, a local animal rescue team swooped in and trapped her in less than 30 minutes. It was a master class.
She is now living comfortably with a foster mom in our neighborhood, will get medical treatment next week, and should be up for adoption in a month or so.
Support your local animal rescue groups, people!

I work in the veterinary industry in a QA capacity, but worked in customer support for many years supporting the clinics.
Insurance in that industry is crazy on what they require. To the point the clinics wanted people like me to do shady stuff to their backend data to get a claim approved.
I do not have insurance on my pets, and this is why.

Ironically I was considering Proton but their payment portal had issues with all of my payment methods. Seriously. Blamed my bank but works everywhere else.
My current projects are more "fine, I'm just going to do it myself". Any sensitive info on my server (not much really) is already exposed by hundreds of hacks against the big boys anyway. I wish I could be incompetent and make billions. I feel better doing it myself for free so they don't get a dime.
When I fuck up, I own it. Granted, I have never "emulated a Nazi" fucked up, but you do you douche bag.
