I have bad news today. DAILY KOS management wants to LAYOFF 20 to 30 percent of our staff and mostly, content writers. I really need your help to convince management to come to the table with our union and negotiate in good faith.

Thatâs not simply a moral judgement. No organization, political or otherwise, can survive without some basic level of internal trust. Essential tasks become impossible.
An organization that canât or wonât sanction dishonesty in its leadership eventually spins apart. The GOP seems to be in the early stages of this.
