I feel like critics of the Court like myself don't give enough credit to how the Court itself is an invaluable ally in this dangerous and relentless campaign of de-ligitimization so in a spirit of fairness I would like to acknowledge that right now. Thank you John Roberts.

As D.E.I. programs come under attack, a plan at the University of Virginia for “more diversity, less Confederacy” enraged some alumni, who started organizing against it.
