I like Apple's products and ecosystem above anything else available, but the company itself deserves little respect. Take the 50th anniversary celebrations and shove them up your ass, Apple.
People often fake being nice, but most people don’t fake being mean. So if they are mean, believe them.
Bugs Apple Loves

Bugs Apple won't fix. Why else would they keep them around for so long? We did the math.

@antonyjohnston Is The Patrios Network available in epub format in Canada or the US? I can't seem to find it.

And the rest:

- Block the Music app from auto-launching when you press media keys or connect devices.

Listening to @reckless1280 on Decoder talking to GM executives. I can’t wait for all these car companies to realize that consumers don’t see their phone as an accessory they want to use in their car, but their car as an accessory they want to use with their phone.
If what you're doing is so privacy-invasive that people have a persistent belief that your company is spying on them by listening through their phone's microphone when that’s technically impossible, maybe what you're doing is still incredibly problematic.

What I love most about iOS 26 is how everything now takes 1–2 extra taps, since previously available features are buried in the name of design.

(yes, I know you can swipe; it’s still buried)

@marcoarment Feature request: a customizable per-podcast filter that would allow me to dismiss certain episodes. For example, I don't like seeing repeat episodes (some podcasts do this when they don't have a new one), and they typically use a phrase like "Recast" or something that could be used to filter them out.
