Tom Lehrer was an important voice in our household growing up. He was one of the people from whom I learned smart humor - not taking the easy path to a joke.

Also I listened to New Math so many times that it may have led to me becoming a mathematician. (Base eight is just like base ten really - if you’re missing two fingers)

Tried to quit Xcode 26 Beta 4 on macOS Tahoe Beta 4.

Instead, I was treated to the 'Open Quickly' interface flashing in the editor until I force quit the app.

On the plus side, in Tahoe Beta 4, when you select multiple notes in the Notes app and export to Markdown, it exports all of them.

So thank you to whoever fixed:

(Export to PDF still only exports the first selected note though)

Received a Tahoe beta 3 update for

FB18462239 ‘Notes app does not export all selected notes’ along with:

“There are changes in the latest update, build 25A5306g, that may have resolved this issue.”

Usually this means “we didn’t address the reported issue, but we changed other things so the issue may have magically disappeared.”

In my experience, including this case, the issue was not fixed.
