A photographer stuck in an tech world. One of my favourite past time activities is taking pictures. Being outside hunting for that one good shot and sharing it online gives me a great amount of satisfaction.
Besides posting about photography I also dabble in 3D modeling/printing, electronics, programming and I run a local FM radio station so you may see posts about those topics too!

@fribbledom and then there is debugging, where when an environment change breaks your code and the ops department makes a request to update libraries and runtimes supported in the code. That’s where the “it works on my computer” excuse comes in play . So instead of being a good developer you just invent docker, lift your developer environment and stick it into the container and ship that to the ops people. Like who gives a damn about updated libraries and runtimes when you can be lazy! 😉

Found a local shop with deli containers in all shapes and sizes - such a game changer for keeping things organized.

It took me 15 years to finally adopt using the Apple Launchpad application over just having an applications folder in my dock and I had even spent some time organizing my applications in a neat way.
And then Apple took that away! :(
I guess I'm going back to the Applications folder in dock approach..
Did some high precision* cutting to make this cable a bit narrower. Now I can charge my Bluetooth headset for my helmet with a USB-C to Micro-B cable instead of the USB-A to Micro-B cable that came with it.
* A hint of sarcasm might occur.
I really enjoy the fact that the #Affinity software collection does not force you to buy/upgrate to the new 2.x version. I’m still using 1.10 for most of my things and I’m pretty happy. Unlike #Photoshop which require a license and steals your work so #Adobe can make a stupid #AI.
@apzpins that’s how it goes. Sometimes arcade owners have to make hofferings to the arcade gods to be granted retro life. Didn’t you know?
@deviantollam The other day I happened to find myself in an abandoned part of a shopping mall basement (with permission). We explored the place a bit and ended up finding a staircase leading up into an old bakery that looked like it could use a touchup.
Also found a service elevator and its control box. Couldn’t help but take a picture 😆... no I didn't open the panels. I didn't touch anything there 😂
