The Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Trump is to be removed from the states' 2024 ballot.
So here's an interesting question. Can SCOTUS overturn the Colorado decision?
One argument is that it's a Federal issue since the Presidency is the one national elected office, so SCOTUS can decide the validity of the issue.
Another argument is that each state elects state electors to the Electoral College and can define how those electors are elected and apportioned (e.g. winner take all) and therefore the decision is that of the individual states.
In my opinion, Trump should have been convicted and imprisoned long ago and barred from holding office.
