this is what trans healthcare in one of the most trans friendly cities in the world looks like, i waited four years, went through (so far) seven weeks of recovery, and then i get a pile of bills! do i need to pay them? do i ignore them? what are they for? who knows!
i started learning more american sign language to do more signing with this tiny monster and now they know the sign for “friend” and they do a lil monster dance when i use it
