I wish I wore masks the first week of school with a higher fidelity 😔 now my partner has #COVID_19 and cannot visit his 92 yo grandma this weekend

I'm devastated to have contracted the #COVID19 virus AGAIN for the 5th year in a row

My symptoms were mild because I took the #vaccines and then the #boosters every year but I was still feverish and now my partner is dealing with a fever this morning

Living in #florida is surreal and requires a level of cognitive dampening to not internally explode daily and this existence has lent me to be more selfish in my daily movements, one being my not wearing a mask at all moments in public

I am having a major reconning in myself and feel deeply ashamed to have come to this moment wondering if I will keep this energy to always #MaskUp and not just when I have #symptoms or in vulnerable settings

#ableism led me down this path and I am making this #toot to hold myself accountable

I'm fearful of the #LongCovid impact on my health and will be taking time to rest and provide extra nourishments to my body
