Do not expect a consistent themes on posts. However, expect antifascism and tech stuff. also expect post in German and English. Other then that, there will be interesting things, things I was curious or amused about in that moment and also totally irrelevant stuff :)

Had a nice couple if days at the winter finals of Jugend Trainiert in the Black Forrest. I was part of a team developing software for them for about 2 years. Now the project is over. I will miss it, the people, the purpose and also the team I was working with.
It was a really fun project, stressful at some times but overall well paced. We also managed to finish in time.
And besides a bunch of experience I also got a t-shirt from the team.
Nürnberg bleibt stabil!
Heute sind wir mal nicht dem Team rechter Menschen (der Haufen schrumpft auch jedes mal mehr, Gegenwehr hilft halt doch) hinterher gezogen. Dafür haben sich drei Gegendemons an der Lorenzkirche zum Rave gegen Rechts getroffen.
Ihr wolltet schon immer mal in die Weinerei in Nürnberg? Oder mal wieder zu einem Puppentheater?
Am 12.2.26 um 20 Uhr habt ihr die Gelegenheit dazu. Anjo und Bernhard spielen "Die Prognosen der Wirtschaftsweisen und anderer Unsinn". Ein Puppentheaterkabarett, mit selbst hergestellten Handpuppen.

Ein guter Freund hat ein Puppentheaterkabarettstück geschrieben und führt es auch auf. Er spielt am 17.01.2026 im Borgo Ensemble (Holzschuherstr. 8) in Nürnberg.

This is very good answer to the question of what you will be if you grow up. And the best thing is: You still can be outrageously happy when getting older. It's never too late.
And at least from time to time it will work. It may get better with practice. And sharing.
Wie so häufig waren mal wieder Faschos unterwegs. Und während die Polizei verhindert hat, dass die antifaschistische Gegendemo Passanten informiert hat, haben sich zwei Aktivist*innen einfach mal von der Burg abgeseilt und ein Banner mit Beware of local fascists - was soll das Stadt Nürnberg? " gehisst. 👏
Am Samstag 20.12.25 wird es in Nürnberg auch eine Alerta-Parade geben, die dem Team rechter Menschen hinter läuft und hinter her säubert.
Die Parade geht um 15 Uhr am Kornmarkt Ecke Krebsgasse los. Davor ruft das Bündnis Nazistopp ab 14:30 Uhr zur Kundgebung "Mit Glöckchen und Pfeifen". am Kornmarkt auf.
Es gibt also für jeden was. Kommt zahlreich!
What a wonderful concert. I expected at top 1.5h. They played nearly 3h without a break. And I must say it gave me hope when the whole hall shouted "Siamo tutti antifascisti" and they weaved it into a rap. Or when they played a version of Bella Ciao. Or any of their other songs.
Even though it was a big crowd I could handle it. I got lost in the moment, had a bunch of fun. And only at the beginning, waiting for the start I was a bit anxious. It was a good day for a concert. :)
Such eerie sight today. Standing in between fields, having mist coming up from the froud and this big, yellowish cloud from a former power plant which is now used for heating hanging in the sky. Dark enough to only see black silhouettes of other people. This resonated very much with me.
Next time, when I go for a walk I might taken my other camera with me. As long as I do not do grocery shopping on the way.

It's way to early and the train schedule online is inconsistent with reality but I have a place to sit, something warm to drink and breakfast. And I should make it in time without having to stress myself when arriving in Munich.
