Najwyższa Izba Kontroli we wrześniu 2025 roku opublikowała miażdżący raport podsumowujący zarządzanie epidemią COVID-19 w Polsce. Dokument zatytułowany “Epidemia COVID-19 - czas chaosu i nietrafionych decyzji” bezlitośnie obnaża systemowe nieprawidłowości, które kosztowały państwo polskie ponad 20 miliardów złotych zmarnowanych środków publicznych. Raport ten, oparty na dziewięciu szczegółowych kontrolach przeprowadzonych w latach 2021-2024, może stać się fundamentem do pociągnięcia odpowiedzialnych urzędników do odpowiedzialności.
