Several other passengers had the same problem, but mine seems to be tougher to unstick than theirs.
Okay, on the umpteenth try, with an extra sharp yank, it gave way. Looking at the shape of the latch and the bit that gets released (but not actively opened), I can see why it might get stuck.
Great, the electronic lock for the #NightJet pod door doesn't work, so I can't open it from the outside. I can hear a servo actuating when I tap the key card, but the door doesn't budge.
