http://www.nnh.to/04/05.html I'm watching NHK General's "Saturday Watch 9." They're reporting on a "special hiring" with a starting salary of 400,000 yen. For comparison, when I joined a private hospital as a new graduate in a welfare position, my base salary was 140,000 yen. This was back in April 1991. A classmate who got a job in finance had a starting salary of 270,000 yen. It really feels like a different era.
NHK 総合 サタデーウオッチ9 視聴中。〝出る杭入社〟で初任給40万円と報じる。因みに当方が大卒新入社員として民間病院に入職した時の福祉職で基本給は「14万円」だった。平成3年4月当時の事例。同級生で金融関係に就職した友人の初任給は27万円だった。本当に隔世の感あり。
