If you’re in a business setting, do not try to be genuine by asking how people are doing personally. If you’re not ready for all possible responses, keep it superficial.

Social media is not necessarily a bad thing. But you should never post your inner monologue there.
It appears that the Premier League is not the best league in Europe. 6 teams in the round of 16. 2 draws and 4 losses - at this point only Arsenal and Liverpool have a chance of going through.
I have enough experience in the tech industry that I could be a consultant or own a business but when you’ve been employed for as long as I have taking that leap is something that you’re afraid of. Now that I’m unemployed, it should be easier but yet the fear still remains.
I’ve been told that being private has caused me not being even looked at for employment with tech companies even though I’ve been a tech worker for decades. That said I’m most convinced that self-hosting and not using the cloud is the best option for 90% of the tech companies.
