It was funny to me that people would fall for a scam this transparent - why would Seattle Utilities send me to some sketchy "interest free" loan processor via text message? I had a good laugh at this transparent phishing attempt.

...then I logged into my account and discovered it's real.

Decided to finally try out @kagihq at the insistence of my co-worker, got a corporate account and carved out time to play with it and....... blocked. No idea why. I'm not even on a VPN.

Frustrating when people add poorly thought out security to their products that are as likely to blog legit users as they are to prevent bad users.

Guess I'm either emailing support or just giving up the dream.

Of all things for Akamai to flag, it's hilarious that they're mad about a .sys file associated with 20yr old malware

At improv class last night, we all had to mingle at a party with an objective. This was mine. I spent the whole time asking people questions about themselves.

When it came time to guess, everybody just thought I was a kind and respectful party guest.

Email purportedly from McAfee to my legit TicketMaster email.

On one hand, this sounds like a scam. On the other hand, it's the same kinda deadbrained thing you'd expect a company like TicketMaster to do in response to a breach

Deeply unclear on whether this is real. Or, honestly, what's worse. :)

Happy fourth birthday (hatchday?) to Clang - my bitey little princess :)
Uh oh, the squirrels are up to something across the street
